Erin Pearson has written for The Age about the recent Coroner's report on the tragic passing of Kathleen Arnold as a result of alcohol harms following repeated home deliveries of alcohol purchased online.
Coroner Ingrid Giles recommended the block out time for alcohol home delivery be extended to between 10pm and 10am, and the introduction of a minimum two-hour delay between the order and dispatch of alcohol for home delivery. Giles also called on the state government to develop a new alcohol action plan.
